I have over two decades of experience working with organisations in the area of change. Whether within intentional change environments such as strategic, project or change management contexts, or when change is unexpected and often arriving as an unwelcome event, I provide services that strengthen the capacities of individuals and teams to respond positively to change and perform effectively.

Driven by a desire to learn and master new capacities, I have proven competencies in coaching, group facilitation, leadership development, project management, and learning solution design, development and delivery, areas within which I provide services.
